TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

TIME & PLACE: 9:24 p.m., April 5, 2004.

Present: President of the Council Mr. Ford, Mrs. Scott-Taylor, Mr. Jensen, Mr. Wendowski, Ms. Jackson-Amis, Mayor Robert C. Willey, Town Attorney Mr. Kehoe and Chief of Police George Harvey.

PURPOSE:      To consider a matter that concerns the proposal for a business or industrial organization to locate, expand, or remain in the St ate.

CITATION: §10-508(a) (4).

Discussions occurred regarding negotiations for Talbot County’s property at 142 N. Harrison Street.

At 10:27 p.m., upon unanimous consensus, the President of the Council reconvened into regular session.
