TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

TIME & PLACE: 8:15 p.m., March 1, 2004.

PURPOSE:      To consider a matter that concerns the proposal for a business or industrial organization to locate, expand, or remain in the state.

CITATION: §10-508(a) (4).

Present: President of the Council Mr. Ford, Mrs. Scott-Taylor, Mr. Jensen, Mr. Wendowski, Ms. Jackson-Amis, Mayor Robert C. Willey, Town Attorney Mr. Kehoe and Economic Development Coordinator Mr. Bond.

The President of the Council, Mr. Ford discussed the response letter received from the Talbot County Council regarding 142 N. Harrison Street.

PURPOSE:      To consult with counsel to obtain legal advice.

CITATION: §10-508(a)(7).

The Town Attorney advised the Town Council on matters of real estate.

PURPOSE:      To consider a matter that concerns the proposal for a business or industrial organization to locate, expand, or remain in the state.

CITATION: §10-508(a) (4).

Discussion occurred regarding Wickersham Farms.

At 8:57 p.m., upon motion by Mrs. Scott-Taylor, seconded by Ms. Jackson-Amis and carried unanimously, the President of the Council reconvened into regular session.
