TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

TIME & PLACE: 7:40 p.m., January 26, 2004.

PURPOSE:      Consider a matter that concerns the proposal for a business or industrial organization to locate, expand, or remain in the state.

CITATION: §10-508(a) (4).

Present: President of the Council Mr. Ford, Mrs. Scott-Taylor, Mr. Jensen, Mr. Wendowski, Ms. Jackson-Amis, Mayor Robert C. Willey, Mr. Bond and Town Planner Mr. Hamilton.

Mr. Bond briefed on the movie theater project.

The President of the Council adjourned the Executive Session meeting at 8:58 p.m.
