TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

TIME & PLACE: 8:50 p.m., January 5, 2004.

PURPOSE:      To consult with counsel to obtain legal advice.

CITATION: §10-508(a) (7).

Present: President of the Council Mr. Ford, Mrs. Scott-Taylor, Mr. Jensen, Mr. Wendowski, Ms. Jackson-Amis, Mayor Robert C Willey, Town Attorney Mr. Kehoe and Town Planner Mr. Hamilton.

The Town Attorney briefed the Council on the recent county bill which rescinded the growth allocation for the municipalities.

The President of the Council adjourned the Executive Session meeting at 9:19 p.m.
