TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

PURPOSE: Consider a matter that concerns the proposal for a business or industrial organization to locate, expand, or remain in the state.

Present: President of the Council Mr. Ford, Mrs. Scott-Taylor, Mr. Jensen, Mr. Wendowski, Ms. Jackson-Amis, Mayor Robert C. Willey and Mr. Bond.

Mr. Bond briefed on the 142 N. Harrison Street property.

Mr. Bond discussed the timeline for the proposed project.

The President of the Council adjourned the meeting at 6:54 p.m.
