TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

TIME & PLACE: 8:05 p.m., April 7, 2003.

PURPOSE: To discuss pending litigation, real estate negotiations, legal advice of counsel and personnel issues.

CITATION: §10-508(8), §10-508(4), §10-508(7), §10-508(1).

Present: President Willey, Mr. Ford, Mr. Jensen, Mr. Reed and Ms. Jackson-Amis. Also attending were the Town Engineer, Mr. Glass; Town Planner, Mr. Hamilton and the Town Attorney, Mr. Kehoe.

The Town Attorney discussed the Motion for Reconsideration for the Elm Street project.

The President of the Council discussed his conversation regarding a site for the skate park.

Discussion occurred regarding a park consultation.

At 9:26 p.m., the President of the Council adjourned the Executive Session.
