TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

TIME & PLACE: 9:15 p.m., March 3, 2003.

PURPOSE: To consult with counsel to obtain legal advice.

Present: President Willey, Mr. Ford, Mr. Jensen, Mr. Reed and Ms. Jackson-Amis. Also attending were the Town Engineer, Mr. Glass and the Town Attorney Mr. Kehoe.

Discussion occurred on regarding allowable methods of sewer allocations and extensions as well as court cases.

Discussion occurred regarding the legal distinction of excise taxes and impact fees.

At 10:00 p.m., the President of the Council adjourned the Executive Session.
