TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

TIME & PLACE: 6:30 p.m., March 3, 2003.

PURPOSE: To consult with counsel to obtain legal advice.

Present: President Willey, Mr. Ford, Mr. Jensen, Mr. Reed and Ms. Jackson-Amis. Also attending were the Town Engineer, Mr. Glass and the Town Attorney Mr. Kehoe.

Discussion occurred on the sewer allocations and extensions.

At 6:59 p.m., the President of the Council adjourned the Executive Session.
