TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

TIME & PLACE: 8:03 p.m., February 18, 2003.

PURPOSE: To consult with counsel to obtain legal advice.

CITATION: §10-508(7).

Present: Mayor Butler, President Willey, Mr. Ford, Mr. Jensen, Mr. Reed and Ms. Jackson-Amis. Also attending were the Town Engineer, Mr. Glass and the Town Attorney.

Discussion was held regarding waste water system’s capacity.

The Town Clerk discussed an upcoming meeting trying to be scheduled by the County Manager.

Discussion was held regarding the upcoming election.

At 8:29 p.m., upon motion by Mr. Ford, seconded by Mr. Jensen and carried unanimously, the President of the Council adjourned the Executive Session.
