TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

TIME & PLACE: 6:28 p.m., February 18, 2003.

PURPOSE: To consult with counsel to obtain legal advice.

CITATION: §10-508(7).

Present: Mayor Butler, President Willey, Mr. Ford, Mr. Jensen, Mr. Reed and Ms. Jackson-Amis. Also attending were the Town Engineer, Mr. Glass, the Town Attorney and Economic Development Coordinator Al Bond.

The President of the Council discussed the developer for Cooke’s Hope letter.

Mr. Bond departed the meeting at 6:44 p.m.

Discussion occurred on the available waste water hookups and applicable case law.

At 6:58 p.m., the President of the Council adjourned the Executive Session.
