CONVENING

The Mayor and Council met in a workshop with members of Easton Utilities management in Council’s Chambers. Council President Willey called the meeting to order at 6:15 P.M.

DISCUSSION OF EASTON UTILITIES GAS RATE INCREASE REQUEST

Discussion was held regarding the impact and timing of an increase in gas rates. The President of the Council set a Public Hearing to hear public comments for December 16, 2002 at 7:15 P.M.

DISCUSSION OF ELECTED OFFICIALS HEALTH INSURANCE PROPOSAL

Discussion was held regarding proposals for health insurance for elected officials

There being no further business, the President of the Council adjourned the workshop at 6:55 P.M.
