Present: Mr. Willey, Mr. Ford, Mr. Jensen, Mr. Reed, Ms. Jackson-Amis and Mayor Butler.

Discussion occurred on the Fire Department lease.

The Town Attorney arrived at 6:20 p.m.

Mr. Durrie Hayes, Talbot County Economic Development Director, arrived at 6:30 p.m.

Discussion occurred on Black & Decker.

The Town Engineer arrived at 6:35 p.m.

The President of the Council adjourned the Executive Session at 6:55 p.m.
