Grunden, President and CEO; George Roberts, Chief Financial Officer; Bill Russell, Cable and Communications Manager; Maureen Scott-Taylor, Director Public Relations; Patty Tibbett, Sales and Marketing Director; Pete Loscomb, Director of Cable/TV Operations; Scott Messick, Director Information Systems; all Easton Utilities’ employees and concerned citizens Geraldine Wilson and H. Hoyt Heinmuller.

CONVENING

The Mayor and Council met in a workshop meeting at 6:00 p.m. at Easton Utilities.

PRESENTATIONS

Members of Easton Utilities presented information regarding cable re-structuring. The President of the Council will set a public meeting, possibly October 7 for further discussion.

At 7:23 P.M., the Town Attorney discussed election issues. Mr. Kehoe briefed on redistricting. The Council was provided a map and asked to provide district guideline suggestions by October 1. The President of the Council suggested a public hearing regarding re-districting on November 4.

ADJOURNMENT

At 8:30 p.m., the President of the Council adjourned the workshop session.
