TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

PURPOSE: To consider the acquisition of real property for a public purpose and matters directly related thereto.

Present: Mr. Willey, Mr. Ford, Mr. Jensen, Mr. Reed, Ms. Jackson-Amis, Mr. Butler, Mr. Glass and Mr. Kehoe.

The Town Attorney discussed the extension of the Rails-to-Trails.

The President of the Council adjourned the Executive Session and re-convened into Open Session.
