Present: Mr. Willey, Mr. Ford, Mr. Jensen, Mr. Reed, Mr. Butler, Mr. Kehoe, Mr. Warfield, Mike Dickerson, Kelly Jones, Mr. Ken Bush.

Discussion was held with the Town Attorney.

The President of the Council adjourned the Executive Session at 6:29 P.M.
