TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

TIME & PLACE: 6:00 p.m., July 15, 2002, Town Council’s Chambers

PURPOSE: To consult with counsel to obtain legal advice.

VOTE TO CLOSE: Unanimous.

CITATION: State of Maryland Annotated Code, Section 10-508(a) (7).

PRESENT: Council President Willey, Council members J. Ford, S. Jensen, C. Reed, M. Jackson-Amis, Mayor C. Eugene Butler, Town Engineer T. Glass, Assistant Town Engineer Jo. Gruber, Town Attorney C. Kehoe, Assistant Town Attorney S. Van Emburgh and R. Warfield for Town Clerk. Also present from MDE Brian Dietz, Kevin Howard and Karl Kalbacher, Administrator, Environmental Restoration and Redevelopment Program.

At 6:00 p.m., Mr. Willey moved to convene into Closed Executive Session to consult with counsel to obtain legal advice as permitted under Section 10-508(a)(7) of the Annotated Code of Maryland.

The President of the Council adjourned the Executive Session at 6:58 p.m.
