PURPOSE: Contract Negotiating Strategy and Advice of Legal Counsel.

VOTE TO CLOSE: Unanimous.

CITATION: State of Maryland Annotated Code, Section 10-508(a)(14) and Section 10-508(a)(7).

PRESENT: Council President, R. Willey, Councilman J. Ford, Councilman S. Jensen, Councilman C. Reed, Councilwoman M. Jackson-Amis, Town Engineer T. Glass, Town Attorney C. Kehoe and Mayor C. Eugene Butler.

Discussion was held regarding the potential sale of Town property.

Discussion was held regarding the West Kennedy Street annexation.

Upon a motion made by Ms. Jackson and seconded by Mr. Jensen, the President of the Council adjourned the Executive Session.
