TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

TIME & PLACE: 6:15 P.M., June 17, 2002, Easton Town Council Chambers.

PURPOSE: To consult with counsel to obtain legal advice and consider a matter that concerns the proposal for a business or industrial organization to locate, expand or remain in the State.

VOTE TO CLOSE: Unanimous

CITATION: State of Maryland Annotated Code, Section 10-508(a)(7), Section §10-508(a)(4).

PRESENT: Council President R. Willey, Council members S. Jensen, M. Jackson-Amis, Mayor C. Butler, Town Engineer T. Glass, Assistant Town Engineer J. Gruber, Assistant and Town Attorney S. VanEmburgh and A. Bond, Economic Development Director.

Discussion occurred regarding the West Kennedy Street annexation and funding options.

Mr. Bond discussed options and issues for an existing business.

The President of the Council declared the meeting adjourned at 6:55 P.M.
