TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

TIME & PLACE: 8:40 P.M., June 3, 2002, Easton Town Council Chambers.

PURPOSE: To consider a matter that concerns the proposal for a business to locate, expand or remain in the State and to consult with counsel to obtain legal advice.

VOTE TO CLOSE: Unanimous

CITATION: State of Maryland Annotated Code, Section 10-508(a)(4) and Section 10-508(a)(7).

PRESENT: Council President R. Willey, Council members J. Ford, S. Jensen, C. Reed, M. Jackson-Amis, Mayor C. Eugene Butler, Town Attorney C. Kehoe, Town Engineer, T. Glass.

The Town Attorney discussed the County’s proposal for office space and parking space.
