TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

TIME & PLACE: 6:18 P.M., June 3, 2002, Easton Town Council Chambers.

PURPOSE: To consider a matter that concerns the proposal for a business to locate, expand or remain in the State and to consult with counsel to obtain legal advice.

VOTE TO CLOSE: Unanimous

CITATION: State of Maryland Annotated Code, Section 10-508(a)(4) and Section 10-508(a)(7).

PRESENT: Council President R. Willey, Council members J. Ford, S. Jensen, C. Reed, M. Jackson-Amis, Mayor C. Eugene Butler, Town Attorney C. Kehoe, Town Engineer, T. Glass. Also attending were Mr. Brad Hastings and Paul Weber with Becker Morgan Group.

Discussion occurred regarding the Department of Social Services project at the Easton Utilities Gas Plant property.

The Town Attorney discussed the Findings of Facts for the Elm Street Project.
