PRESENT: Council President R. Willey, Council members J. Ford, C. Reed, M. Jackson-Amis, Mayor C. Eugene Butler, Town Attorney C. Kehoe, Town Engineer, T. Glass, J. Silvius Senior Vice President Easton Utilities and H. Grunden, Easton Utilities President and CEO.

Discussion was held regarding a matter recently before the Public Service Commission concerning Easton Utilities Commission and Choptank Electric.
