TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

TIME & PLACE: 8:30 P.M., May 6, 2002, Easton Town Council Chambers.

PURPOSE: Consider a matter that concerns the proposal for a business or industrial organization to locate, expand, or remain in the state.

VOTE TO CLOSE: Unanimous

CITATION: State of Maryland Annotated Code, Section 10-508(a)(4).

PRESENT: Council President R. Willey, Council members J. Ford, S. Jensen, C. Reed, M. Jackson-Amis, Town Attorney C. Kehoe and Economic Development Director A. Bond.

Discussion occurred regarding existing and alternative businesses.

Discussion occurred on the proposed Economic Development Advisory Board.

A motion to adjourn was offered by Mr. Reed and seconded by Ms. Jackson at 9:33 PM and was approved.
