TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

TIME & PLACE: 6:15 P.M., May 6, 2002, Easton Town Council Chambers.

PURPOSE: Consider a matter that concerns the proposal for a business or industrial organization to locate, expand, or remain in the state.

VOTE TO CLOSE: Unanimous

CITATION: State of Maryland Annotated Code, Section 10-508(a)(4).

PRESENT: Council President R. Willey, Council members J. Ford, S. Jensen, C. Reed, M. Jackson-Amis, Town Attorney C. Kehoe, Town Engineer, T. Glass, Economic Development Director A. Bond, J. Silvius, Senior Vice President Easton Utilities and H. Grunden, Easton Utilities President and CEO.

Discussion occurred regarding the former EUC Business Office and the parking lot.

The Town Council went into open session at 7:00 PM.
