TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

TIME & PLACE: 8:57 P.M., April 15, 2002, Easton Town Council Chambers.

PURPOSE: To discuss a personnel matter.

VOTE TO CLOSE: Unanimous

CITATION: State of Maryland Annotated Code, Section 10-508(a)(1)(ii).

PRESENT: Council President R. Willey, Council members J. Ford, S. Jensen, C. Reed, M. Jackson-Amis, Mayor C. Eugene Butler, Town Attorney C. Kehoe, Assistant Town Attorney S. VanEmburgh and the Town Engineer T. Glass.

The Town Attorney discussed a personnel matter.

Ms. Jackson-Amis discussed issues she believes the Town needs to look at.

Discussion was held regarding solutions to perceived problems.

At 9:40 P.M., the President of the Council adjourned the Executive Session and reconvened the Regular Council meeting.
