PURPOSE: To consult with counsel to obtain legal advice.

VOTE TO CLOSE: Unanimous

CITATION: State of Maryland Annotated Code, Section 10-508(a)(7).

PRESENT: Council President R. Willey, Council members J. Ford, S. Jensen, C. Reed, M. Jackson-Amis, Mayor C. Eugene Butler and Town Attorney C. Kehoe.

The Town Council met to consult with legal counsel.

The President of the Council declared the meeting adjourned at 6:40 P.M.
