PRESENT: Council President R. Willey, Council members J. Ford, S. Jensen, C. Reed, M. Jackson-Amis, and Town Attorney C. Kehoe.

Discussion was held regarding the Community Legacy grant.

The President of the Council declared the meeting adjourned at 6:55 P.M.
