TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

TIME & PLACE: 6:30 P.M., December 17, 2001, Easton Town Council Chambers.

PURPOSE: Consider a matter that concerns the proposal for a business organization to locate, expand, or remain in the State.

VOTE TO CLOSE: Unanimous

CITATION: State of Maryland Annotated Code, Section 10-508(a)(4).

PRESENT: Council President R. Willey, Council members J. Ford, S. Jensen, C. Reed, M. Jackson-Amis, Mayor C. Butler, and Town Attorney C. Kehoe and Town Engineer T. Glass.

The Town Engineer briefed on the gas plant environmental study.

The Town Attorney discussed real estate.

Ms. Jackson-Amis discussed her Table Tennis Center proposal.

The President of the Council declared the meeting adjourned at 6:58 P.M.
