TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

TIME & PLACE: 6:00 P.M., November 5, 2001, Easton Town Council Chambers.

PURPOSE: To consult with counsel to obtain legal advice.

VOTE TO CLOSE: Unanimous

CITATION: State of Maryland Annotated Code, Section 10-508(a)(7).

PRESENT: Council President R. Willey, Council members J. Ford, S. Jensen, C. Reed, M. Jackson-Amis, Mayor C. Butler, and Town Attorney C. Kehoe. Also attending the meeting were Mrs. Joan Banks, Ms. Flowers, Ms. Pannell, Ms. Latham, Ms. Janice Lake and Ms. Carlene Phoenix.

Mrs. Banks discussed a proposal for real estate.

The Town Attorney discussed the county rezoning application for the Gannon property.

The Town Attorney discussed potential litigation.

The Town Attorney discussed fiscal issues related to the impact fees.

Discussion occurred on the RTC parcel.

Discussion occurred on the Main Street/Economic Development position.

The President of the Council declared the meeting adjourned at 6:53 P.M.
