TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

TIME & PLACE: 9:00 p.m., October 15, 2001, Mayor’s Conference Room, Town Hall.

PURPOSE: To consult with counsel to obtain legal advice.

VOTE TO CLOSE: Unanimous.

CITATION: State of Maryland Annotated Code, Section 10-508(a)(7).

PRESENT: President of the Council, Mr. Willey, Mr. Ford, Mr. Jensen, Mr. Reed, Ms. Jackson-Amis and Mayor C. Eugene Butler.

The Town Attorney discussed various election issues and potential suggestions for change in the procedures.

The meeting was adjourned at 10:25 p.m.
