VOTE TO CLOSE: Unanimous.

CITATION: State of Maryland Annotated Code, Section 10-508(a)(1)(ii).

PRESENT: President of the Council, Mr. Willey, Mr. Ford, Mr. Jensen, Mr. Reed, Ms. Jackson-Amis, Mayor C. Eugene Butler, Sheriff Tom Duncan and Chief Deputy R. Edward Blessing.

Sheriff Duncan discussed personnel issues.

The Executive Session was closed by the President at 6:57 p.m.
