TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

TIME & PLACE: 6:30 P.M., October 1, 2001, Easton Town Council Chambers.

PURPOSE: To consult with counsel to obtain legal advice.

VOTE TO CLOSE: Unanimous

CITATION: State of Maryland Annotated Code, Section 10-508(a)(ii)(7).

PRESENT: Mr. Ford, Mr. Jensen, Mr. Reed, Ms. Jackson-Amis and President of the Council Mr. Willey, Mayor C. Eugene Butler, Town Engineer Mr. Tim Glass, Assistant Town Engineer Mr. Joe Gruber, Town Attorney Christopher Kehoe and Town Clerk Mr. Karge.

The Town Attorney discussed the letter of intent for the State of Maryland Social Services building.

The Town Attorney stated that the Sheriff requested an Executive Session.

Discussion was held regarding Mr. Tim Dills’ request to come before the Council to discuss real estate.
