PRESENT: Present were: Mr. Willey, Mr. Ford, Mr. Jensen, Mr. Reed, Ms. Jackson, Mayor Butler, the Town Clerk Mr. Karge, the Town Attorney Mr. Kehoe, and Administrative Support Supervisor Mr. Warfield.
