PRESENT: Mr. Willey, Mr. Ford, Mr. Jensen, Mr. Reed, Ms. Jackson-Amis, Mayor Butler, Chief Harvey, Mr. Kehoe, and Mr. Warfield.

Discussion was held on the Cooke’s Hope growth allocation request.

Discussion was held on a personnel matter.

Upon unanimous consensus, the President of the Council closed the Executive Session at 10:13 p.m.
