TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

TIME & PLACE: 6:30 P.M., August 20, 2001, Easton Town Council Chambers.

PURPOSE: To consult with counsel to obtain legal advice.

VOTE TO CLOSE: Unanimous

CITATION: State of Maryland Annotated Code, Section 10-508(a)(7).

PRESENT: Council President Mr. Willey, Council members Mr. Ford, Mr. Jensen, Mr. Reed, Ms. Jackson, Mayor Butler, Town Attorney Mr. Kehoe, Town Engineer Mr. Glass, Town Planner Mr. Hamilton, and Administrative Support Supervisor Mr. Warfield for the Town Clerk.

Discussion occurred on a request to deed ownership of Open Space lots to the Town of Easton.

Mr. Willey requested that a short Executive Meeting be held after the Regular Meeting to discuss personnel.

The Executive Session was adjourned at 6:56 P.M.
