TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

TIME & PLACE: 6:00 p.m., July 16, 2001, Council’s Chambers

PURPOSE: : § 10-508(a)(4) Consider a matter that concerns the proposal for a business to expand or remain in the State and § 10-508(a)(1)(ii) personnel.

Present were: Mr. Willey, Mr. Ford, Mr. Jensen, Mr. Reed, Ms. Jackson, Mr. Butler, Chief Harvey, Mr. Kehoe, Ms. Cathy Foster, Ms. Carolyn Jaffe, Ms. Joan Banks, Ms. Ty Kennedy, and Mr. Warfield.

Discussion was held on activities for youth.

The ladies left the meeting at 7:16 P. M.

Discussion occurred regarding personnel.

The Executive Session was adjourned by consensus at 6:57 P.M.
