TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

TIME & PLACE: 8:49 p.m., July 16, 2001, Council’s Chambers

PURPOSE: § 10-508(a)(4) Consider a matter that concerns the proposal for a business to expand or remain in the State and § 10-508(a)(1)(ii) personnel.

Present were: Mr. Willey, Mr. Ford, Mr. Jensen, Mr. Reed, Ms. Jackson, Mr. Butler, Mr. Kehoe, Mr. Glass, Mr. Gruber, Mr. Warfield, and Mr. Hamilton.

Discussion was held on Secretary Tregoyan’s visit and the county offices

Discussion was held on the Housing Authority.

The Executive Session was adjourned at 10:20 P.M. upon unanimous consensus.
