TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

TIME & PLACE: 8:40 P.M., June 4, 2001, Easton Town Council Chambers

PURPOSE: To discuss real estate.

VOTE TO CLOSE: Unanimous.

CITATION: State of Maryland Annotated Code, §10-508a(4).

Attending the Executive Session meeting were the President of the Council Mr. Willey, Mr. Ford, Mr. Jensen, Mr. Reed, and Ms. Jackson-Amis. Also attending were Mayor Butler, the Town Attorney Mr. Kehoe and Mr. Warfield for the Town Clerk.

Mr. Kehoe presented a letter from Talbot County Council President, Wayne Dyott, requesting that the Town take the initiative with the State to secure a parking garage for the county.

The Council and the Town Attorney discussed matters relating to personnel.

Upon a motion made by Mr. Reed, seconded by Mr. Ford, and carried unanimously, the President of the Council adjourned the Executive Session at 8:58 P.M.
