TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

TIME & PLACE: 6:32 p.m., June 4, 2001, Easton Town Council Chambers

PURPOSE: Consult with counsel to obtain legal advice.

VOTE TO CLOSE: Unanimous.

CITATION: State of Maryland Annotated Code, §10-508(a)(7).

Attending the meeting were the President of the Council Mr. Willey, Mr. Ford, Mr. Jensen, Mr. Reed, and Ms. Jackson-Amis. Also in attendance were Mayor Butler, the Town Attorney Mr. Kehoe, and Mr. Warfield for the Town Clerk.

Mr. Kehoe addressed the article in Sunday’s Star Democrat concerning police personnel records.

Mr. Willey discussed the constant yield issue.

Discussion was held regarding the proposed Human Relations Commission.
