TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

PURPOSE: To consider matters that concern personnel, and advice of counsel.

VOTE TO CLOSE: Unanimous

CITATION: State of Maryland Annotated Code, Section 10-508(a)(ii), Section §10-508(4).

PRESENT: Council President R. Willey, Council members J. Ford, G. Mayer, H. Hoyt Heinmuller, Mayor C. Butler, Town Attorney S. Kehoe.

Discussion occurred personnel.

The Town Attorney discussed the potential locations of an EVFD substation. The Town Attorney discussed the Human Relations Commission (proposed) and the subpoena power issue.

The President of the Council declared the meeting adjourned at 8:15 P.M.
