PRESENT: Council President R. Willey, Council members J. Ford, G. Mayer, C. Reed, H. Hoyt Heinmuller, Mayor C. Butler, Town Engineer T. Glass, Assistant Town Engineer J. Gruber, Town Planner T. Hamilton and Town Attorney C. Kehoe.

Discussion occurred on the Avalon Theatre.

The President of the Council declared the meeting adjourned at 6:55 P.M.
