PRESENT: Council President R. Willey, Council members J. Ford, G. Mayer, C. Reed, H. Hoyt Heinmuller, Mayor C. Butler, Town Engineer T. Glass, Assistant Town Engineer J. Gruber, Town Attorney C. Kehoe and Assistant Town Attorney S. VanEmburgh.

The Town Attorney briefed the Mayor and Town Council regarding two personnel issues, and two matters of potential litigation.

Chief Harvey arrived at approximately 6:40 P.M.

The President of the Council declared the meeting adjourned at 6:58 P.M.
