PRESENT: Council President R. Willey, Council members J. Ford, G. Mayer, C. Reed, H. Hoyt Heinmuller, Mayor C. Butler, Town Engineer T. Glass, Assistant Town Engineer J. Gruber, Chief G. Harvey, Town Attorney C. Kehoe and Assistant Town Attorney S. Shilling.

The Town Attorney updated the Council on possible water and sewer extension.

The Town Attorney briefed the Council on a State of Maryland Project.

The Town Attorney stated that LGIT had been notified regarding possible litigation.

The President of the Council declared the meeting adjourned at 6:56 P.M.
