PURPOSE: To consider a matter that concerns the proposal for a business or industrial organization to locate, expand or remain in the State.

VOTE TO CLOSE: Unanimous

CITATION: State of Maryland Annotated Code, §10-508(4).

PRESENT: Council President R. Willey, Council members, G. Mayer, C. Reed, H. Hoyt Heinmuller, Mayor C. Butler, Town Attorney C. Kehoe and Capt. Hobbs of the Easton Police Department.

Discussion was held regarding a proposal for the relocation of Department of Social Services.

The President of the Council declared the meeting adjourned at 6:50 P.M.
