CITATION: State of Maryland Annotated Code, Section 10-508(8).

PRESENT: Council President R. Willey, Council members J. Ford, G. Mayer, C. Reed, Mayor C. Butler, Town Attorney C. Kehoe, Chief G. Harvey.

Discussion was held regarding potential litigation and the position of the Town.

The Town Attorney consulted with the Council.

The President of the Council declared the meeting adjourned at 9:28 P.M.
