PRESENT: Council President R. Willey, Council members J. Ford, G. Mayer, C. Reed, Mayor C. Butler, Town Engineer T. Glass, Town Attorney C. Kehoe, Chief G. Harvey, and Town Planner T. Hamilton. Mr. Heinmuller was excused.

The Town Attorney discussed recent traffic discussions held with the State Highway Administration.

The Town Attorney discussed matters concerning real estate.

The Town Attorney discussed Smart Growth issues.

The President of the Council declared the meeting adjourned at 8:42 P.M.
