SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING

November 22, 1999

The Town Council of the Town of Easton met today at 7:00 P.M. in a Special Meeting with the auditors. The meeting was called to order by Mayor Butler with the following members present: Mr. Ford, Mr. Mayer, Mr. Reed and Mr. Heinmuller. Mr. Willey, President of the Council joined the meeting at 7:10 P.M.

Mr. Steve Ochse and Ms. Martha Detwiller reviewed the FY June 30, 1999 audit results.

The meeting was unanimously adjourned at 8:20 P.M.
