PURPOSE: To consult with counsel to obtain legal advice.

VOTE TO CLOSE: Unanimous

CITATION: State of Maryland Annotated Code, §10-508(a)(7).

PRESENT: Acting President H. Hoyt Heinmuller, Council members J. Ford, G. Mayer, C. Reed, Mayor C. Butler, Chief G. Harvey and Town Attorney C. Kehoe. Mr. Willey was excused.

Chief Harvey reviewed police matters.

The Town Attorney reminded the Council about the upcoming Planning Commission meeting.

Discussion occurred regarding locations for youth facilities.

Mr. Mayer made a motion to adjourn the Executive Session, seconded by Mr. Ford and carried unanimously. The President of the Council declared the meeting adjourned at 9:10 P.M.
