PRESENT: Council President R. Willey, Council members J. Ford, H. Mayer, C. Reed and H.. Heinmuller. Also attending the meeting were Mayor C. Eugene Butler, Chief of Police G.M. Harvey, Town Engineer H. Grunden, Assistant Town Engineer T. Glass, Town Attorney C. Kehoe and Assistant Town Attorney S. Shilling.

The Town Attorney advised the Council on his recommendation relating to a personnel matter.

The President of the Council declared the meeting adjourned at 9:55 P.M.
