CITATION: State of Maryland Annotated Code, Section 10-508(a)(7).

PRESENT: Council President R. Willey, Council members J. Ford, H. Mayer, C. Reed and H.. Heinmuller. Also attending the meeting were Mayor C. Eugene Butler, Chief of Police G.M. Harvey, Town Attorney C. Kehoe and Assistant Town Attorney S. Shilling.

The Council consulted with the Town Attorney to obtain legal advice.

The President of the Council declared the meeting adjourned at 6:59 P.M.
