PRESENT: Council President R. Willey, Council members J. Ford, G. Mayer, C. Reed, H. Hoyt Heinmuller, Mayor C. Butler, Town Engineer H. Grunden, Assistant Town Engineer T. Glass, Town Attorney C. Kehoe, Assistant Town Attorney S. Kehoe and Assistant Town Planner T. Hamilton.

The Town Attorney briefed the Council on potential litigation issues.

The President of the Council declared the meeting adjourned at 10:14 P.M.
